Wellness International Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Technician to join our team.

This is a field-based role that requires extensive travel throughout the year. This role includes overnight stays and working away from home, for up to 4 nights a week.

You will need to be a ‘self-starter’, capable of working under your own initiative with appropriate guidance and direction. You will need to be organised and have good time management skills. The ideal candidate will complement the current team in delivering great services to a high standard to meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of health surveillance, fitness for work medicals, and health promotion to an array of clients. These assessments will be carried out onsite at our client’s locations throughout the UK in a clinical room or in one of our mobile medical clinics.

Experience in healthcare is desirable but is not essential as all training is provided.

Essential Requirements

  • Over the age of 21, with a minimum of 3-years driving experience

  • Valid UK Driving License

  • Able to complete overnight stays and extensive travel throughout the UK & Ireland (overnight stays up to 4 nights Monday – Friday depending on client requirements)

  • Applicants based in the Northwest or willing to relocate

  • IT literate.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a wide range of clients.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience and/or willingness to large medical vans
